Emily Daws is an award-winning textile artist and designer based on Johns Island, South Carolina, where the landscapes of the Lowcountry and the foothills of the Blue Ridge shape her creative vision. Known for original patterns and harmonious color stories, she creates collections that feel both personal and familiar. Emily’s work draws inspiration from native flora, heirloom objects, and the natural elements that surround her, translating moments of memory and place into artful designs for the home.

What you'll find...
The studio operates as a boutique textile house, designing storied fabrics and wallcoverings from Emily’s original artwork. Each pattern begins by hand and is produced in the United States in small, intentional batches.
Beyond fabrics and wallcoverings, the studio specializes in custom window treatments and soft furnishings, including drapery, Roman shades, café curtains, and coordinating pillows.
Emily’s work draws inspiration from native flora, heirloom objects, and the landscapes that surround her, translating moments of memory and place into original patterns for the home.

Showroom
Our flagship showroom on Johns Island welcomes designers and homeowners to experience the Emily Daws collection in person. Fabrics, wallcoverings, and furnishings are presented in layered interiors that invite visitors to explore pattern, color, and texture.
Designed as a collaborative space, the studio allows clients to see, touch, and compare materials while planning window treatments, upholstery, and coordinated interiors. The showroom offers a hands-on environment for planning interiors, whether sourcing for a single room or a larger project.
